In order to provide great honey you first need to make sure you have strong and healthy bees. To do this we need to check our hives regularly. We inspect the hives' weight, hive population, brood pattern and overall resource capacity. If any of these components aren't up to standard we intervene and make sure we help the hive get back to equilibrium
